Add products to cart → Checkout → Enter shipping & payment details → Confirm order. Super simple!

• Ready stock: Within 2 hours of order

• Custom printed: No cancellations after 48-hour production starts

Custom Printed Products

How long does custom printing take?
48-72 hours production time for phone cases, skins, merchandise, etc. Then regular shipping applies.

Can I see a preview before printing?
Yes! Live preview appears during customization. Double-check design, text, and placement.

What if I make a mistake in my custom design?
Once production starts, no changes/refunds. Please review preview carefully.

When will I get my tracking details?
SMS/Email within 24 hours of dispatch with live tracking link.

Free shipping?
✅ Free standard shipping on orders above ₹499.

Returns & Refunds

What’s your return policy?

• Damaged/defective: Replacement within 48 hours (unboxing video proof required)

• Change of mind: No returns

• Discounted items: Final sale (management approval only)

How do I claim replacement?

When will I get my refund?

• Store wallet: 24 hours
